Reception venue in the Lot: the soul of a house near Cahors
Welcome to the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Park, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. It is here that the Couvent de Vaylats is nestled, a unique reception venue in the Lot, carefully preserved by the sisters who live there.
A timeless living space, our characterful building is the ideal exceptional setting for your family reunions, association events or seminars. Between hospitality and conviviality, let yourself be carried away by the soul of the place for your family celebrations and moments of sharing, enjoyed in complete simplicity.
The history of the Vaylats Convent is rooted in the remains of an old château destroyed by the Revolution. Driven by the vision of a priest and nuns eager to educate and care for others, this unique place has become the birthplace of a mission of sharing.
Today, this characterful building continues its vocation of hospitality. By choosing this ideal setting for your reception in the Lot, you become part of a vibrant human story. Here, every private or professional event contributes to a supportive and intergenerational project, where the serenity of the stone is combined with the warmth of a caring welcome.
